Trionplas Technologies GmbH offers the production of individually shaped optics such as aspheres, acylinders
or freeforms. With the help of an innovative plasma process, almost any design specifications can be implemen-
ted in quartz glass and manufactured with the highest precision. The use of innovative plasma jet technology for
freeform optics offers many advantages: reproducible accuracies in the nanometer range, no damage to the sur-
face due to chemical ablation only, as well as variable ablation rates and tool widths. In this way, we can offer cus-
tomized solutions from prototype to series production according to customer specifications.
